At Kabalana Surf Hostel, we understand that travel plans change. The following cancellation policy applies to all direct bookings made through kabalanasurfhostel.com.
To cancel a booking, email us at bookings@kabalanasurfclub.com with your booking reference number. We will confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund within 5–10 business days.
Add-on services (surf lessons, airport transfers, yoga sessions) are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund for those services.
Date changes are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your original check-in date to request a modification at no charge. Changes requested within 72 hours may incur a fee.

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Kabalana Surf Hostel. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.
All surf lessons and water sports activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk. Guests must inform instructors of any medical conditions or swimming ability limitations prior to participating. Kabalana Surf Hostel is not liable for injury or loss of personal belongings during surf activities.
Kabalana Surf Hostel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including natural events, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
